What will The Dark Artifices be about?
TINY-SPOILERS-OF-THINGS-YOU-ALREAD-KNEW-WERE-GONNA-HAPPEN-ANYWAY FOR TALES FROM THE SHADOWHUNTER ACADEMY ARE WRITTEN THROUGHOUT THE POST :)
So... we all know that The Dark Artifices series will feature Emma Carstairs (eek! Carstairs! >.<) and Julian Blackthorn, who are now parabatai (they completed the ceremony in Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy), but what is it really about? Here are some of the things, based on the excerpts I've read and the other Shadowhunters series, that I think TDA could be about:
Emma and Julian falling in love and working to change the Law so that they could date/get married/actually be in love (I mean, have you read the sneak peeks? come on. They're in love.)
Julian and Emma working to find Mark and bring him back/trying to bring Helen and Aline (who are now married! eek!) back from Wrangel Island
Just the struggles of growing up, caring for four younger siblings, and being parabatai? It is a possibility...
Or: A new enemy rises, and our favorite descendant-relative of Jem Carstairs saves the day! (With her buddy who's descended from Tatiana Lightwood-Blackthorn, of course)

*I like how "the Lightwoods" is just Alec and Isabelle now. Their parents don't count. Nope. They don't even exist as Lightwoods anymore.
